Before the auction, our catalog is always available for viewing at LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable website.
Bidding in Person
To participate the auction in person, simply come to the auction at the auction date. Bidder must first register at front desk, with valid form of ID, and may be asked to provide a credit card on file (Register Online Click Here買家在線登記請點擊這裡). Then, a paddle will be given to the registered bidder for use during the auction. During the auction, bidder may bid on any item by raising the paddle to the auctioneer's request for bid. The bidding will continue until the auctioneer determines the winning bidder, and will finish the lot by announcing the hammer price and bidder number. Once the bidder has finished bidding on interested lots, head to the front desk, return the paddle, and pay for the winning lots. ALL LOTS MUST BE PAID FOR ON THE SAME DAY AS AUCTION. In response to COVID-19, attendance will be closed to the public. We will be offering bidding via absentee, and internet bidding via LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable.
Bidding online
U.S. Poly International Auction Gallery utilizes LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable online auction service. To view our catalog and bid online, bidder may register with LiveAuctioneers or Invaluable, and then register for the desired auction. The online auction bids have a 5% premium over floor bids, and absentee bids. Please visit our webpage at LiveAuctioneers or Invaluable for more details.
Absentee Bids
If bidder prefer to leave absentee bids, simply download and complete the Absentee Form, and return it to us in E-Mail. Bidder must submit the form at least 24 hours before auction.
For absentee bids, bidder must submit the highest amount they are willing to bid. During the auction, the auctioneer will execute the bids on behalf of the bidder at regular bidding increments, similar to normal floor bidding.

Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), cash, PayPal, bank check or cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank. All payments must be made in US dollars, and lots will only be released after full payment is received. If paying by check, it must be cleared by bank first. The purchaser agrees to pay U.S. Poly International Auction Gallery a handling charge of $50 for any check dishonored by the drawee. Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the auction.
Shipping
All items not being picked up at the gallery will be picked up, packed and shipped by shipping companies from our suggested list of shippers. U.S. Poly International Auction Gallery can ship small non-breakable items in house via USPS. Please note that packing, shipping and insurance fees are an additional and separate charge. International shipping is available to all countries. Please note that packing, duties, and other documentation fees will be an additional charge. Buyers must contact shipping company directly after the auction to arrange shipment and payment for shipping. A shipping release form is also required to be filled out and sign in order for us to release the item to the shipping company. If you decide to use your own methods or another shipper that's not on our suggested list or shippers, you must inform us prior so that where will be no confusion.
